Are the bakes handmade?
Yes — all of our bakes are handcrafted in small batches at our independent bakery in rural Leicestershire, using high‑quality ingredients like Belgian chocolate, velvety caramel, and premium vanilla.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high‑quality ingredients such as rich Belgian chocolate, thick caramel, and full‑flavoured vanilla extract. Ingredient and allergen details are listed on each product page.
Are your bakes made in an allergen‑free kitchen?
All of our bakes are produced in a kitchen that handles gluten, nuts, peanuts, dairy and soya. While full ingredient and allergen details are listed on each product page, we cannot guarantee that any bake is free from cross‑contamination.
How long do your brownies and blondies last, and how should I store them?
Our bakes are at their best for up to 5 days after arrival. For maximum freshness, please refrigerate your bakes before unpacking, and keep them stored in the fridge. Remove them around 30 minutes before eating to enjoy the perfect texture and flavour. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
How are the bakes packaged for postage?
All orders are freshly prepared, securely wrapped, and cushioned inside sturdy packaging to protect them during transit. Each bake is sealed for freshness and labelled with allergens.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Can I choose a delivery date?
You can select a preferred dispatch day at checkout. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, Royal Mail Tracked typically delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do your bakes fit through a letterbox?
No — our portions are generous and too large to fit through a letterbox. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes — you can add a personalised gift message at checkout. We’ll hand write it and include it inside the box.
Do you offer gift cards?

Can I choose the flavours in my surprise selection box?
For the Surprise Selection Box, flavours are chosen based on what’s freshly baked that day. If you prefer to choose your own flavours, we recommend our Ultimate Selection Box, Brownie Selection Box, or Blondie Selection Box.
